Not having a better idea as to where to ask this question, and finding nothing on the search, I thought I'd ask here first: is there a set of templates available to repaint the GP40PH?

If you're talking about the NJT GP40PH on Steam, then you're going to have to open the texture files using an external program ( I recommend RWTools here on the file library), if you're referring to something else, I'm not sure.
