I believe LukRailAmerica was working on this a few years back, but could someone make this? It should be able to be made with Child Objects.

Are you asking for someone to take the SD40-2T that comes with the Donner Pass Route and add a "snoot"? Or are you asking for someone to take the default Kuju SD40-2 BNSF-Snoot, repaint it and add the tunnel-motor part onto it? Or one of the other payware SD40-2's? It would help the modeler's on here decide if you were a little more clear.
