NYNHHRR 8600 Coaches

So, I finally got my motherboard replaced and everything put back where it belongs. I grabbed Buzz's new NYC F7's and all of Steven's Updates plus the NYC Heavyweights for my VNYNHR. While doing this, I got the idea that what we really needed for the Springfield Line, as well. As the New York-New Haven was a set of 8600 Stainless Steel Passenger Cars; not for the locals, but for the run-throughs. I was thinking that Ricks Lightweight passenger set could be used, or, maybe the CZ passenger set less the Vista Dome cars. Ricks lightweights would work good and match the other (PRR, NYC, etc) sets that are available and could be used for forwarded cars. The CZ set of PS cars are a more uptodate model and could be used as a base as well. Anyway, here's some information of the NH 8600 series cars.

I am absolutely not a model maker or painter, so, any takers? These would look great behind our FL9s.....

The Zephyr cars have a issue that Zek and I are trying to figure out as we speak. I made the roof dark to match the prototype on some Atlantic Coast line livery that I'm trying to create and for some weird reason the dark roof doesn't appear until you get really close and then it just pops into view. We are trying to determine if there is a fix for this or if I did something wrong when I painted it so stand by for just a bit until we see if this is fixable.
