anybody making or planning to make Amtrak full dome lounge car Ocean View

Isn't there a 'Great Dome' from the Empire builder set that could be used for this?

from the screenshots from the Great Northern F7 ‘Empire Builder’ Loco Add-On it looks like they used the default dome car or G-TraX's Lightweight Passenger Cars dome car and not a full dome car.

Your post has me a little confused. So are you saying the "full dome" is not the same as what you are looking for?

A full dome car or what is also called a observation dome, it a dome that extended the full length of the car, I'm looking for a full dome car

Which my research shows that Amtrak 10031 is in fact that old GN 'Great Dome'!

Have you tried repainting yourself? Doing a simple repaint such as a patch on a locomotive is one way to start.
