The Metra coaches in the Racetrack are modelled on the 8500 and 8600 series cars. Those are older Pullman bilevels which haven't been done for this game.

Which is true, BUT, they could serve as a temporary fill-in (which the OP may have been trying to get at) until the correct model is created. No harm in that.
