Back in the early 2000's (Glory Days of Amtrak) when the P42's were still new, Phase V was the livery. I believe it was 123-167 if I am correct. This is not the current Phase V.

That shouldn't be hard. I'll start it after I put some finishing touches onto your "Dirty 30" request.

If I may ask, what is different about it from a normal P42? Now I'm not Amtrak savvy so I really don't know much about them.

Here's a Phase V P42DC you see regularly on Amtrak's operations (But not for long,they're getting repainted slowly, I think into Phase VI). Right behind it is the original high skirt with a 2nd Amtrak logo under the cab. It also has a thicker line of red, and a thick line of blue under it.

I think it is just the P32AC-DM's for now.

Sorry about the dead thread! Now that my top priority is off the list, this one is up next.

I screwed up the lining on most of the engine, but I'll be done with it be tomorrow.

I did say it would be done by tomorrow! 5 minutes away!

And there is a tiny logo by the vent.
