How about people?

I'd really like to have more people available: repaints, perhaps even remodels of those currently available. For example, although there is a limited range of seated figures, I've never seen one that's lying down. Unless I'm mistaken, a greater variety of mobile figures would help solve the problem of seeing 20 clones of the same figure hanging around on passenger platforms. There's also a definite lack of non-white figures.

Any takers?

A while ago I pondered the idea of making a pack of people figures for the Marketplace, but given the poor performance of the Marketplace, I gave up on the idea.

They do look good, but the problem is that they're not animated.

On the other hand, the problem with the animated people is that they don't look good.

I hope TS2 has properly modelled people, animated using motion capture techniques (like most modern games use).

So, I gather that none of our otherwise clever re-painters, re-skinners, etc. have figured out how to re-work figures to produce new varieties?

I do wish that I could figure out how to make animated people, but at the moment it's way past my skill and I'd be lucky if I could even do an un-animated person.
