GE 70 Tonner Locomotive?

GE 70 Tonner Locomotive?

Does anybody know if someone's ever built a GE 70 Ton locomotive? I am considering creating the St. Johnsbury and Lamoille County Railroad in Vermont (beautiful old fallen flag shortline, if you're not familiar check it out) after my current project.

I just bought some SP diesel drawings from Railfandepot.com, and two variations of GE 70 Ton Switcher locomotives are included. I plan to make them for TS2015, but my rolling stock projects log is backed up at the moment while I build some SP equipment.
