A WWII Troop Car Anyone?

Oh, Neato! C&O had a whole fleet of Troop Cars they bought surplus after WWII for MOW service both for Tool and Dormitory cars. The ones in better condition were converted to High Speed Express cars. This would be a great addition of any Class A road.
