Customizable Amtrak Signs???

This thought came to me a while ago but I was too lazy. So anyways, similar to that of speed signs, how difficult would it be to create a sign very similar to those at Amtrak Stations, but blank, and then double click it and have a pop out tab on the side and type in something like "Galesburg"? Or "Poopville"? I don't know, but you know what I mean. I hope. Anyways, I would like to do that because I am creating stations for a route and want Amtrak signs but don't know how to get one that I can repaint and copy nor that I could edit easily. Any input would be appreciated, just to see if it's do able or if it's even been done. I searched for "Amtrak sign" and just simply "amtrak" on the website and came up with nothing. I'd like to hear ideas! Thanks!!!
