Request: Wheeling & Lake Erie

Would someone please be able to do some Wheeling & Lake Erie SD40-3s on the Default UP SD40-2 for me? i know they are really SD40s but im from ohio and the wheeling is my favorite railroad. I dont have the money for the portland route so i can download bobbels, so im kind of out of luck on that. Dynamic Brake only units. please :)

This is where there at but apparently they are not the kuju sd40 because it says model by RSC and Gtrax so idk if it is RSC sd40 or the Portland sd40. http://www.trainsim.com/vbts/tslib.php?searchid=2884261&page=5

Attention , please delete the following Folders:

WaLE-01 - WaLE-05 (SD40BnPack01)
WaLE-01 - WaLE-05 (SD40CnPack01)

Important, please the Crew and Lightmod photo view.
This must be set before you the locomotive onto the tracks.
The Lightmod based on Mike Calvin's  BNSF-1 GP38-2 Light Update and works only with enabled TSX!

Your must be the Original Portland Terminal Expansion Pack from G-traX (Steam) installed.

SD40CnPack01 : sd40_2_CN.GEOPCDX and the sd40-2_CN_cab.GEOPCDX ( Default Folder ) in all WaLE Folder (01-05). 
Please copy the original GEOPCDX File from the SD40BnPack01 : sd40_2_bn.GEOPCDX and the sd40-2_cab.GEOPCDX
in all WaLE Folder (01-05).This addon must be installed :

I'm sure they could be converted if you wanted to mess with em. Could always ask the author.

I requested that one long ago when i first started with Rail Sim when it was first released, Unfortunately right now my current situation is im out of work, so i dont have the money to go out and purchase the CN or BN pack or even the Portland Terminal, actually come to think of it I have the CN pack, but the models are messed up with the CN SD40 anyway they put Dynamic Brake fans on the Non Dynamic Brake hatch.
