That's a good question because the hood looks more like the MAC than any of the ACe that we have in game. Can one of you rivet counters jump in here with a suggestion?

Well, I'm not necessarily a rivet-counter, but the MAC doesn't have a flared radiator grille or that style of nose. I was going to suggest the SD70MAC from the Academy (since everyone has it), but those differences would put it off.

It's an SD70ACe-T4. There are no models of this guy in the game so a regular ACe would have to do.

Yeah but the regular ACe has that sloped roof in the middle and this one is square. We need someone with child object skills to square up the roof or it's going to be a pretty poor representation.

I do remember Justin Riese (Nitsujy12345) making a post about his first attempts at an SD70ACe-T4. He got as far as modeling the hood, but he never got around texturing it. Unfortunately, any attempts to contact him are useless, as he is no longer in the community.

What model I should use for this repaint? A child object I can do for it... But I think all models have a nose which is to high... The angle to the front wouldn't fit perfect...

Probably the Iso Cab BNSF SD70ACe from the SD70 Volume 2 DLC.
