Well, for realistic purposes, you could use the Canadian Pacific Gevo? It has Rear Ditchlights just like the CitiRail ones:
It would be a nice edition! I even saw one 2 days ago on DPU of a BNSF Coal Train.

Why doesnt anyone seem to repaint this? I saw another thread about this and seems like nobody is giving this a try.

There are many requests out there, (obviously) so it might be a while before it is made.
