Lake Superior & Western 2-8-8-2

Unread postby Coaltrain1 » Thu Jun 26, 2014 6:33 am

With all the talented re painters here was wondering if some one would Please do up a Brit kits 2-8-8-2 for the LS&W. Probably never was such a beast, but with the excellent RS1 in LS&W paint, and the lakeside route to run it on would be a great addition to move some heavy ore trains. Thanks in advance if some one would consider doing this!!

I do not Buzz I looked all over the internet trying to find anything no luck. Was the LS&W a real railroad? I can only find the Lake Superior and Mississippi. And I do not think they had any steam as big as a mallet. The updated 2-8-8-2 is such a nice loco in game and the RS1 repaints are just excellent I really like the dark painted LS&W RS1, just got me to thinking that the 2-8-8-2 would look to nice with Lake Superior & Western on the side of one of those USRA Tenders ,easing around the lakeside route.. Thanks.

Do you want a herald for the tender or just the roadname?

The capital L is unused. Here's a simple LS&W roadname. Move the number_l2.tgpcx texture to your Assets\Britkits\Steam\RailVehicles\USRA_Tenders\Textures folder. Select it by using "L" in the scenario editor.
