Unzip the files directly to the main Railworks folder, which should be in your Steam\steamapps\common directory. I'll try and have a proper installer created by this weekend.
Note that this is just a basic scenery object and that there's no passenger platform. If anyone runs into issues with the files, please let me know so I can correct things right away.
