RCAP Dwarf Signals

Is it possible to have the ground Dwarf signals which are in the RCAP pack without the concrete bases so they can be placed on a post please?

There are several version of the signals that are available on gantry poles. Would those serve your needs?

I am in need of some basic signal source file...I am making a route and need to make the corresponding signals for it from scratch...But i am not sure where i can get a source file and scripts regarding it.Please help me as i am stuck with this since a week.A help will be highly appreceted.
