3D TRAINS QUESTION

I'm trying to contact 3d trains support but the link will not work for some reason.
I just wanted to know when my purchase will be sent to me. I ordered it Jan 11 and did not here anything yet.
Could someone give me a link to contact them?

That would be highly unusual. I think something is snafu'ed with your order. Are you registered on his forum? Try there.

Yes I did check my spam folder and nothing is in there.
I really didn't check over the weekend because I figured no one would be around.
Maybe there is a problem with the site?

hi, I tried to play career scenarios at Cajon P. and Pasific S. with 3dtrains modes but there are a lot of mistakes with them. As I understand you can use only few default scenarios with this modes. And You cant use workshop scenarios. For exsample, I cant play scenarios with AS44BNSF on Pasific S. May be there is solution of this problem?
Please write detailed instruction, because I want to buy Scalerail for Marias P. but scenarios problem is barrier for me.
