Those are nice looking cars. Just my own perspective, but for that price, I'd want more included scenarios before I'd buy. Since these cars and engine can't be used in Workshop scenarios, and since I'm not a scenario maker myself (I just drive 'em!), there's a limited amount of use I could get out of them. At least double the number and more like 10 would get me to take a serious look. Otherwise, not. And I do love the Alco, but I can easily swap it into other scenarios I already have. Less easy to do so with these cars. It's a one click move basically to do the engine.

Apart from the fact that we never can please all demands and wishes that some customers have, we will release some freeware scenarios from time to time *!!wink!!* .

Just a suggestion. My guess is that the availability of Workshop scenarios will make the older model of 3rd party addons harder to sustain. A shame in some ways, since there is some really good stuff out there.

Do you at least include the ability to put this engine and these cars in QD scenarios?

The ALCO RS-11 works with QuickDrive, yes. The freight pack does not, but we will see if we can update this.

Yeah, I meant the wagons. Without the ability to put together QD manifests, I'll have to wait to see how many free scenarios are offered later.

That's good news. Will there be AI consists as well so that when we set up a QD we will also have AI in the scenario?

the Lehigh Valley Freight Pack now supports QuickDrive! In combination with the ALCO RS-11 you may choose one out of nine different train consists in the QuickDrive menu!

With working AI consists, where possible! *!!wink!!*

What you can do is RW TOols, close the scenario you want....regardless, swap out the cars you want and go to work! that is what I do.

Yes, I know how to swap out in RW_Tools, as I say in the bit you quote. I'm happy to do that with freeware content. But if I'm going to pay as much as this DLC costs, I want to be able to use it without spending quite a bit of my own time making such swaps so that it's usable for me in proportion to its cost. Swapping a driven loco is a minute's work. Swapping out lots of cars from various folders is not.

I'm glad to see the update to QD with AI, though. That makes this package much more appealing.
