Activation Email

Unread postby markiemark0316 » Thu Feb 02, 2012 7:31 pm

I signed up on the site over 4 hours ago and still have not received the account activation email. I'm looking to make my first purchase with you, however this is not the start i was expecting.

And yes... I have checked my spam folder several times.

Thanks,
Mark

Are far as the forum is concerned you have been approved to post here. The only item to purchase is the RWA donationware (actually its possible that you don't need to be registered to donate to RWA).

I think he's talking about registering at the Trains & Drivers site and buying something from them, based on the forum he posted in.
A little more detail by the OP probably would have helped though.

We would help with this problem, but we can´t, as we need the following info:

Account creted on which site? the online-shop or the forum from us?
Which username is it? to which email adress is the account linked? Sometimes AT&T causes problems.

BTW: You do not need an account to purchase from the shop, you may purchase with Paypal without creating an account.

Please write to: info@trains-and-drivers.net for purchasing issues.

Thanks!
Greetings from the old world!
