Found it on RSC's facebook page. They mentioned an F59PHI. Don't know if the F40 will be included.

Is this another 20-buck add-on for the new Pacific Coast route?

As long as people keep buying.

20 bucks AND probably no F40 included. Hopefully I'm proved wrong but hey, we all know what to expect.

Then by all means go to another scale of model railroading if you don't like the prices of stuff, the coaster set in HO scale will probably ding you a good few hundred bucks with sound....and that's only 1 train.

Awesome! Hopefully a MetroLink set will follow...could I dream of a "i"-less F59PH in MetroLink colours? :D

The amfleets, NPCUs, & P42 should've came with the route for the San Diegan. It's a shame the route builders make such beautiful routes, it's just the stock that comes with it is what makes me not think its worth the money. Can't they see they have plenty of unhappy customers...? Before I start ranting... I just wish they included an F40 with this Coaster pack. To me a repaint and one new car isn't be worth an extra 20$.

What's being done here is what they have been doing with UK stuff for some time now. Sell you the route with one train and then sell other trains for the route one livery at a time. As Buzz said.

And that pretty much sums up RSC's response to anyone that says anything about them doing things this way. And besides at least you get decent length routes 128miles UK routes seem to average about 80miles.

And that's one reason why I haven't bought any recent DLC.

Nice! I didn't expect this so soon. !!*ok*!!
I'll gladly pay $20 for this add-on! !*YAAA*!

With all factors considered: production software, computer, utilities, learning LUA, scripting, collecting sound samples, audio editing, skinning, photoshop skills, 3d modeling skills, measurements, research, debugging, ...... etc., I figure this one model would cost me $8,237.17 to make myself! Oh, and that places no value on my time and also assumes I like doing it.
I think I could learn all of the skills and do a decent job on this model after about 3 years of daily work on it.
Ooops, I forgot about the $3.57 a gallon for gas, depreciation, insurance and general maintenance for my car expenses on the field trips too! Add another $457.22 to the total.

So, if I value my time at minimum wage, add in the above expenses (I'll even through in the overhead for my office space for free, which I shouldn't), The add-on would only cost me $14,231.15 and three years to do myself!

Here's my $20 for a job well done RSC. !*cheers*!

!!howdy!!

I would buy it if they do a Metrolink skin with it too, since they use the same equipment (as far as I can tell, anyway).
