But I also hope to get some variety in the sounds. They are great but Jupiter and UP119 sound exactly the same except the bell...

There's really no reason why Jupiter and 119 should sound different. They both have 16x24 inch cylinders, same size of admission and exhaust ports and both have 120psi boilers. So the chuffing should sound exactly the same.

Buffalo is virtually the same too - the only difference is that the cylinders are 18x24 inches (not enough to make any appreciable difference to the sound).
