So, to get the full route, one must have the original plus this extension? Or can one buy just the new extension? Anyone know if DTG will package them together?

Like other extensions before, if you own the original, you can purchase the new full route with extension at a discounted price. !*cheers*!

Second to the last sentence of the article:

The Salt Lake City Extension will be available as a stand-alone purchase for existing owners of the popular Soldier Summit route, and in an attractive bundled offer to new buyers.

Probably coming out this Thursday UK time. I would think that what has usually been done that there well be a discount for the owners of Soldier Summit.

Available for £12.99 in UK as an extension if you own the original...

Coming from across the Pond I don't know how accurate the extension is - but what I can attest to is the quality of the build, scene setting and immersion when driving. This ranks alongside other long term favourites, Marias Pass and Stevens Pass, for attention to detail and careful modelling, with a good eye for scene setting and avoidance of repetitive "easy" space filling.

First class !!*ok*!!

Just started exploring but a pretty darn nice piece of work. Lot's of opportunity for switching (tons of tracks in Salt Lake) and some nice mainline running. If you have the original easily worth the money. Pictures later.

I've done some initial driving around Salt Lake City, it looks great overall, though I don't seem to have any whistle posts, anyone else missing them?

That is pretty common for most TS DLC.

So, just to confirm, not that it will effect my purchase, this “addon” adds too/updates the existing Soldier Summit Route, or, creates a new route folder with both original and addon combined?

"Don't want no ugly trucks" ..... how do I get rid of these trucks? They are ss truck reefer and ss truck 03 tractor. I found the .bin files and renamed them, but they still show up. Is there an editable file for traffic?
Other than that, I love the Extension.
