Can't wait for these! The shots look incredible. DTG will have one happy customer when the NJCL/Morristown Lines & Arrow twin pack is released.

I wonder which version we'll get, the early III's with mechanical switch gear and DC traction, or the modernized III's with electronic switch gear and AC traction.

They should sound quite differently from each other.

Most likely the modernized as Fan Railer's making a sound mod for the AC propulsion. DC propulsion sound is probably akin to the Silverliner IV.

That's be confirmed to be part of a Twin Pack with the Morristown Line.

The DC motor sounds would be VERY easy to do compared to the AC sound set. It would probably take about 30 minutes to code up and test since it's literally one sound that increases pitch in a linear fashion with respect to speed. But no, I haven't done it yet lmfao.
