Knowing it's just a WIP I am hoping Comet IIM and V trailer coaches will be added later. They are both a staple of NJT single-level operations.

This is all the article said about new rolling stock:
"... included with the upcoming Train Simulator Morristown Line extension of the North Jersey Coast Line route is a newly created NJ Transit Comet IV cab car, ..."

I think that may change because DTG added their DB Schenker Class 67 V2 into their South Wales Coastal: Bristol-Swansea route without prior announcement.

EDIT: there will be a separate Arrow III DLC.

Excited for the route, and the Arrow III's..

The comet iv cab car.. meh.. just a slightly altered shoreliner with an NJT scheme.

I too, would have surely been much happier with older comet cars, and the V coaches.

I hope they'll eventually put up an extension to the NYNH with the Hudson-Empire line. Or add a LIRR route.. I'd lose my mind if they ever decide to finally make it.

Action aplenty on NJTransit's Morristown line:

Very much looking forward to this route! Thanks a lot Gary for breaking down the standard operations on this route, I know I'll be referring to this article when setting up Quick Drives shortly.

This should be pretty fun! The fact they even mentioned NS and the M&E has me excited!

Hey look, they actually modeled the old Stemmann pantographs! I am still yet to see the single units and variants with the single-arm pantos.

Hoping this route will be released tomorrow (March 30), but I won't hold my breath for it. DTG sent a mass eblast advertising that their March Madness Sale ends on March 31.

What is the likelihood that they would release new DLC in the middle of a sale?

I think that possibility is null.

https://train-simulator.com/take-the-throttle/ New article; note the catenary masts on the Morristown Line. Can't get either why screenshots of the old NJCL are present.

Because the article is about the upcoming "North Jersey Coast & Morristown Lines" route, which will include both the NJCL and Morristown Line.
