Not DTG, but well-known creator Gary Dolzall made them.

Just to clarify, the new Donner Pass scenario pack, as are the recent scenario packs for Feather River, North Jersey Coast Line, and New York - New Haven, is part of the Train Simulator "Marketplace" product line and produced as part of DTG's partner program. While the route itself is indeed a "classic" (introduced in 2012), we felt this pack's 10 scenarios could bring some new flavor to the route by including not only SP, but Amtrak, D&RGW, and Union Pacific operations.
