In addition, there's another Freebie hook: "As a special bonus, those who purchase the South Wales Coastal route and the Arriva Trains Wales DMU Twin Pack will receive a First Great Western Class 158 free of charge which will be coming soon!"
Rolling stock packaged with the route includes Class 175 'Coradia' DMU (new), Class 43 'High Speed Train' (new livery), Class 70 diesel loco (new livery), and three old freight wagons: HHA Bogie coal hopper, FEA-B container flats, and KQA container pocket wagons. Judging from the manual and included rolling stock [ http://train-simulator.com/wp-content/u ... tal-EN.pdf ], the route offers both passenger and freight action, but there isn't even a typically minimal shunting scenario in the pack.
And so the time-worn dilemma returns: buy now or wait for a sale.

The Class 70 in this pack is identical to the older one that was released 4 years ago.
OpenRailer90 wrote:No, it would've been more efficient to include the older version to allow compatibility with older Workshop scenarios. The older version also has MJA and TEA wagons included that are not present in the Bristol-Cardiff route.

Is there anything wrong with that? It's a great model and one of the few British locos I actually drive.
