March TS rewards

Unread postby jamesphh » Wed Mar 16, 2016 10:48 am

I downloaded the March TS rewards BR155 and received the BR 155. However, there was no scenario that was listed. Verify did not correct the missing scenario. Anyone else having this problem?

That certainly is a nice image, but it doesn't match what's on my monitor: after two unload/reload sessions and a file verification, I have neither the engine nor the scenario. And, by the way, that image looks very suspicious: the rewards package includes a new version of the BR 155 called "Press" and some flatcars with military equipment loads. The engine shown in the screenshot you suggested is the old red model.

The career scenario doesn't show up in mine either.

Silly me, I've opened a ticket at Railsimulator Support and will edit this post when and if a response appears.

I have also mentioned it on TS FB page. UKTS people have the same issue.

You are not the only one, Tom.
There is no scenario anywhere dated March 16.
They forgot to pack it.

You don't know that they forgot to pack it. It's not there that's all you know. The nice new blue Pack02 is there but no scenario. I made a quick drive and it works just fine. I'm sure the scenario will be along presently. There is a lot of March left and remember it's free.

Maybe the next post I want to see on here is something of value about whether we should be looking for the scenario instead of just snarky remarks of one kind or another or this topic will be locked.

Something of value: !!bang!!

The last paragraph and the last picture mention the career scenario "forgotten" by DTG.
But don´t worry. Sooner than later you will have that scenario in you Railworks.

What I find interesting is that a German user has created a freeware model in of the PRESS BR155, downloadable here: http://www.raildynamix.de/downloads/repaints/

As I already noted, that "scenario" image is highly suspicious because it features the wrong engine: the old, red one, not the new, blue one. And at least on my computer, the scenario simply does not exist. That's not "snark", it's just a fact.

That's it. Apparently no one posting here understands simple words. Look in your DTG folder. You will find BR155Pack02. It is blue. It also contains the flat cars mentioned.
