Fixed a number of issues where trains would foul the platforms

Sorry for bumping the thread back up but I haven't seen anyone mention on here yet but they have added some new sounds to the passenger cars. I never noticed them until today, its a new wheel rolling sound as the cars get moving. It's a constant sound but has wheel joint effects, in my opinion it makes the cars sound better. Has anyone noticed any other small changes?

Some new cab sounds that aren't present in the commuter F59PH DLCs.
