I actually think those Superliners are Phase IVb's if I'm not mistaken. Still looks like a nice trainset for the Dash 8-32BWH though!

You're right on them being Phase IVb, I meant they could have just modified the Phase IV from the P42. Messed up the wording, my bad !**duh*!! They are still far from accurate, but it looks like there's a bit of leftover "Superliner" logo on the sides so they're hopefully still very very early WIP and won't be released in that state.

I have to admit....I like the Dash 8 itself, but the Superliners....not even; they look way off. I honestly would rather see Horizon coaches for it and a Cabbage, and it running on the Surfliner instead of what appears to be the Miami route. I don't think Amtrak has ever run Superliner coaches to Miami.

But they did run Superliners. Must everything be current? I think not.

They certainly did, but we'd all rather see some more exclusive rolling stock such as those I mentioned as opposed to recycled content. Including more unique passengers cars are better value to have in the DLC package.

The Dash 8-32BWH are designated by Amtrak as P32-8BWH and it seems they are not anymore on passenger service. The only 20 units acquired in 1991 are in yard shunting tasks. !!howdy!!

Not quite. There's still plenty of them along side the P42s in passenger service every now and then...
And it's about time!! !*YAAA*! Can't wait for this to be out!!!! And we COULD make some repaints in BNSF,UP,etc.

Only 20 units were acquired in 1991. The info about yard activities I got it from the Wikipedia.

Plenty? With only 20 original units? The info about current yard activities I got it from the Wikipedia.
But I have to agree that the loco art pic looks great.

Ill be honest...

The paint isn't accurate for Superliners (at least i think not) but the paint IS accurate for the old Highlevel equipment they used to/still run.
