Are they really worth purchasing for $5?

Is it possible to edit the dlc? or in other words, that route?

If I'm remembering correctly, several folks edited last year's Christmas route. Anyway, as far as I know, all routes are editable, ... that said, it's always best to create a clone and edit that.

If you missed out on last year's christmas route, then it's totally worth $5 to purchase.

The locos from Holiday Express (apperantly re-released according to the TS menu ads) will run on the game of gnomes route, though with all the tight turns and steep hills, good luck staying on the rails! !*roll-laugh*!

^ I think that any diesel or steam locomotive will work on it.

One of my YouTube commenters stated that you can run electrics on the route as well, despite there not being any overhead wires or third rail.

Not for me to say it is worth it, but I enjoyed it, my children enjoyed it and everyone who played it enjoyed it.
