from what I've been told it has completely new sounds. I don't know for sure, I don't plan on getting this thing.

Just watched a video on the SD80MAC thats out now, it has new sounds, (RS3L) included, but it doesnt seem to have flashing Ditch Lights. Marker Lights do work for front and back.

Thank you. This is so much better than the total waste of space by people commenting who don't have the thing.

I'll repost this here, this is what I've seen after driving the first scenario.
New sounds (quite good), in cab signalling for the NY-NH route, what seems to be a working alerter (however, on the NS coal route made no sound and lasted about a second then the emergency brakes went off), new and very good bell, horn is okay but has only one long loop(no short loop). all in all pretty good.

I can't believe the lack of flashing ditch lights. Why do they work so hard at doing something and then miss something so obvious? AND once again where were the beta testers?

Why do you find that funny? CSX is big on flashing ditch lights.

Its seems like we [those of us who purchased the DLC] are meant to be the beta testers.

Is it just me, or do the brakes apply too quickly? I don't think I should be in emergency when the brake handle is at 45%...
