Some TS stuff half off on GMG

Just by chance I saw someone post about a site called GMG selling TS stuff and I looked it up and found this:

I presume they give you a steam code to get your dlc after you purchase but I don't know anything about this site. Any know of this or can confirm it works?

*EDIT* It works! I just bought the BNSF Es44dc and now I can buy the csx Gevo half off on steam and save some money! :D

I've been waiting for that GEVO to go on sale myself, but for some reason the site and my credit card company aren't playing nice.
