Well that's very kind of you to think so, although I have to point out that I only ever 'officially' do trackwork - they don't normally let me anywhere near the scenery... !!*ok*!! !*lho*!

I'm absolutely sure that this route represents the single most unpopular type of route in the RW repertoire (1950s UK branchline), but I couldn't actually give a monkey's. This route is about my passion for RailWorks, and it's also very local to where I live - I've worked in all three of the major towns over the years. If you like this sort of thing then you'll like it, and if you don't then move along. :D

Trouble is I need 30 votes of some kind before I can forget about it, and suddenly finding thirty interested people is a bit scary! !*hp*!

But to vaguely steer back on topic, the route was 100% TS2013, I upgraded to TS2014 this evening and then (after checking it still existed) uploaded it to the Workshop. So the upgrade, for me at least, seems to have gone OK. I've even not had to reinstall some 3rd party stuff, which I was expecting.

Waffle over.

As you were.

But if fate should mark me to sit by your side,
Let's be pleasant travellers; it's so short a ride."

Well this has been completely painless for me. 20 minutes to dl 3 gig and another 5 to finish the install. First route I had to try of course was the NERW. I was working on a scenario last night and fired it up. The route/scenario loads in less than a minute. Last night on TS2013 I could go take a shower and maybe I would be playing the game or in the editor. The NERW probably has more freeware assets than any other free route, I have no missing assets. Everything looks much crisper. My first thought was wow!,it didn't look this good last night. Now I am going to see if I can turn the settings up further. The FPS seems to be the same as it was, everything just looks better.

Yay! That's good news. I was about to make a clean install just for this route.

I have been trying to run a beta for another C&O route for one of the buds and have been having issues. Now it runs great. I'm thrilled. As I'm sure he will be since he's worked his butt off on this route and probably thinks I'm a boob since I couldn't get it to work.

If you have done it is the point where it says it has no more files to D/L that would be the next thing to try. !*hp*!

The last 3 times I've verified the cache it said it has no more files to D/L. I'm stumped.

I would just start over I guess. We know it works so it must be a bad D/L.
