Sorry, what does that mean?

Cheers

Bob
It means where every wagon is from the same railway operating company (like a British merry-go-round train) instead of being a mish-mash of lots of different liveries,

Cheers,

Mike
Like I said easily fixed with RW Tools.

American Railroad terminology, Bob, car means coach, or, wagon/boxcar, etc. !*salute*!

I agree with the Gentleman, however, for those scenarios created by RSC for any route, they WILL NOT use other 3rd party reskins, or, creations, as that is their policy, that's why you see bland logoless containers in the wellcars, etc, etc, on their scenarios.

Thanks! All this talk of cars and roads got me thoroughly confused. !DUH!

Should I stop saying 'wagons' then? *!embar*!

When does a Depot become a Station?

I always try and sound obnoxious while approaching anything. :D

Almost on that subject, should I have a bell ringing when I'm approaching tunnels?

Sorry for these dim questions; I genuinely don't know and I genuinely want to. Think of me as a keen 8 year old. !*salute*!

Unfortunately my Depot question was serious. All I know about US station naming conventions is based upon Sid Meier's Railroads, so when I see somewhere like Essex being described as a Station (admittedly that was on YouTube), and it's basically a strip of tarmac at the side of the track, I'm a bit confused. !*don-know!*

Yeah it's technically a station stop, although not nearly as extravagant as our Union Stations.
For tunnels, you usually ring your bell through it, and give a hoot before you enter.

Oh dear. I'm afraid this isn't going too well for either of us then... :D

So in a nutshell, all the places where people catch trains is a Station as far as Marias Pass is concerned? Trying to make sure my marker names are correct...

Thanks for the info, Woody. Despite the fact that I very rarely drive any routes that have scenery I always try and ring the bell and blow the horn in the appropriate places!

Hmmm. I think I sounded more mentally stable when I wasn't posting anything. !DUH!

Does anyone know where I can see some pictures of the roundhouse at Whitefish other than Google Earth? I always like to try and compare my views with real life pictures and I haven't been able to find anything covering the roundhouse area.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. *!!wink!!*

Yes, you're correct.
These are as close to the West end of Whitefish I could find.

I think it would be awesome to have a Montana Rail Link route. Sorry if this has been stated already but did they announce what era this route will take place in? I'm hoping modern day.

Thanks for the links, Woody, although regrettably as usual they're all pointing in slightly the wrong direction. *!sad!*

If I remember correctly nothing has been stated officially about the route other than the fact it's being created.

Cheers

Well, I imagine it'll be modern day, I could be completely wrong of course, as it is a pure guess, and I don't work for RSC, so, I have no inside knowledge, but, I would think it would be easier for the development team to get today's drawings, photographs, google street view, etc, for the last couple of years, rather than, the 1980's, for example.

BN's OK, but I'd love to see Marias Pass done in it's original owners diesel era time frame.

OK, I know the attached link was filmed on the Scenic Sub, Cascade Division (another great route, hint hint RSC) But I couldn't find any GN era Marias Pass videos *!lol!*
