They also got the horn right...at least on this DRGW SD40-2.

Looks like there will be DRGW liveried hoppers, and a GP9 to go with the SD40T-2.

I am hoping for some loco DLC that will perfect fit, maybe a Utah Railway MK5000C from DTG, with DRGW GP30s and GP35s from DTM. A GP60 would seem like a good 3rd locomotive to include with the route.

For locomotive models that are presently available, there is a commercial chance for DRGW GP30, GP40, SD45 and SD50 paint and hardware variations. DRGW ran those units in numbers and mixed all models together.
DRGW conformed to SP practice and that means headlights in the nose and numberboards, also snowplows are mandatory.

Any locomotive should look like proper Rio Grande, meaning it should be well weathered and sooty but not run down.

From the screenshots posted so far, the route does indeed look very tempting as a full price purchase.

The effort put into the mountains and rock faces is where this route excels for me so far. Very nice work! !!*ok*!!

The mountains looks absolutely amazing. What they have to do now is weather the loco's like what DTG did with Donner, and maybe add in an SD50 as another included engine if possible.

Some weathering is certainly something that can be accomplished easy enough if it doesn't come that way. !!*ok*!!
