Those images are gorgeous!! Makes me wonder if they somehow included Woodside, being that isn't necessarily that far from where the Hellsgate line branches off. Oh the anticipation!! It's killing meeeeee!!! **!!bang!!**

I keep commenting, but they don't seem to notice. THERE IS NO ACELA LOGO on the HHP8's. Those were removed years ago. I hope they catch this before they release it.

Unless a logo has anything to do with the performance of the loco, it really isn't such a big deal.

Where are you commenting if you don't mind me asking?

Most likely, Facebook. I do remember someone making an issue about it. Must be him. Ha!

Their Facebook page and on Twitter. From what I've seen, it's possible they may have deleted my comment on one of the Facebook photos, although that could be a glitch on my end.

Maybe not, but I try to get the most out of the game as a simulator, and it's kind of a pain to have an issue that's easily fixable.

Yeah, I'm sure you'll get it regardless. It won't be a game breaker. I know I'm gonna get it, despite how tired I am of Amtrak. I'd love to see some american commuter trains for once. But I thought the HHP should have been included a long time ago. Around when the NEC first was released.

I would think a direct polite message to Dovetail would be more likely to make a n impression than rivet counting in public.

I would, but many of my past extensions have been ignored. I certainly will try again. Also, I wouldn't consider it rivet counting, considering it's a pretty obvious part of the livery. Believe me, I'm not rivet counter; I don't know enough about these locomotives to rivet count properly.

As a guy who makes some stuff I have to say that sometimes I ignore people. Sometimes I don't answer but I listen. Most of the time if the comment is legit I respond, but I have to say I rarely respond to public comments. Just my **!!2cents!!**

Understandable. And I don't necessarily expect an answer.
I'd just really like for mine and presumably DTG's sake, we get as realistic a product as possible.
I'm by no means criticizing their product. I'm just pointing out an easily fixable issue. By releasing WIP photos, I imagine they'd expect some feedback from their paying customers. Just my **!!2cents!!**

Maybe they wanted to produce it as they were when they first were made? If you have a problem with it, just patch some silver over the logo when it comes out. It ain't that hard.

If that's so, then I respect that. I will leave the last part to one of the more talented members here. I don't have the time nor the patience to learn to paint locomotives.
