well you have passenger on platform?

You can run passenger trains on the route. The (two) passenger stations have markers and platform lofts, so you can do proper station stops in scenarios. There will however be no passenger equipment included with the route itself. The Amtrak Empire Builder DLC is still available, at least it was last time I checked, and is the perfect (and only) match for this route.

The US and the "Rest of the World" package will have identical content except for the branding, which mostly means that some textures will be different in both versions.
