It was thought that red was the primary color on the Jupiter. Later research revealed that the engine was much more colorful. So The original paint scheme that Conner Engineering placed on the Jupiter Is what you see in the picture. Also,all of the "wood and coal fired replicas",are actually oil fired for lower maintenance costs. I still have the 1979 edition of "Great World of Model Railroading",that has an article on the construction of the Jupiter and 119. Conner had draftsman create all the plans from photos,as there are no preserved engines in either class.
