They are a British developer, narrow nose can be forgiven. RSC is really being quiet on this one. Hopefully that means they are working on making this really detailed.

Good Lord, how about standard cab? and who comes up with these cab views? The only warning lights with color are the PCS warning light and Brake Warning light. The PCS has a red lens with black lettering, the Brake Warning is a orange lens with black lettering all other warning lights are white lights with black lettering. The two with the white lights and black lettering are Wheel Slip and Sand. Warning lights that do not exists are Head light, bell and who knows what Not Open is for??? I've never seen that warning light on a NS GE control stand. Also if you notice the locomotive does not have any air, all of the air gauges are pointing to zero, but somehow it has a flow of 40 CFM and the crazy engineer is loading the unit at 800 amps, wonder how they are going to stop since there is not any air? Lastly, the toggle switch lights are on any time the control stand light switch is on, they do not light individually when each toggle is in the up or closed position. Other than that, nice control stand and that is just about a perfect match to the blue plastic used for the dynamic and throttle handles and reverser.

Um, work in progress? The animations aren't finished yet.

I do have to agree with Rich_S on the incorrectly labeled warning gauges, many of the locos I've wondered why they made them so incorrect?

Oh please, as if anything will change aside from the brake gauges MIGHT work at the time of release.
And since when have you seen RSC make a product with a functioning Air Flow Indicator? You could run light engine and she'll still pee away 40 cubic feet/minute from the brake stand. !*roll-laugh*!

Nah, that's just because some prankster left your front air valve cracked open on the head of the unit.....

What's the point in showing something that is not finished? Here is a work in progress photo of my SD38-2.

I would think there are several purposes to show a work in progress. One is of course a little pre-marketing. Second would be so that maybe people of limited means but who might really want a particular item could save a little money for the release. Third would be to inform all that something is coming so you don't have fourteen people working on the same item. Lastly, and I wish DTG would pay a lot more attention to this one, so that knowledgeable people comments could be made, and corrections applied before the item is released.

Looks like we've all complained enough on their Facebook page that DTG has fixed the name. *!lol!*

Looks very nice. :D I hope they've gotten good sounds on this one.
