Just calm down and let's see what is what. The thing has only been out a few hours. I can't say that I have looked at every type of car and loco but I did not see any missing couplers on anything so far before I had to dash off to work. Please before we start another round of RSC bashing let's see what is going on.

I fixed the coupler issue, its just a temporary fix till RSC figures it out. If you want to apply my fix go to the 2nd page of this thread all the way at the bottom!

The fix worked for me, i had to get the coupling folder from the new BNSF SD-40 and replace the BN and Marias folders to get it to work, many thanks for the quick fix, hopefully it will cure the SBHH's too

That fix also worked for me. I did notice when comparing filesizes that a few of the "broken" coupler files were 775 bytes compared to 779. Seems like maybe they left out a line of code or two? Anyway, this will work for now and I'm sure they'll get to the bottom of it! !!jabber!!

Nooowww... what can we do about that slightly wimpy SW1500 horn? !!*ok*!! Does everybody's SW1500 horn sound like it's coming through a tiny speaker or is it just me? If it's me I will dig into and see what may be going on.

I'll let somebody who is more familiar with it speak to the nitty gritty details, but right away I can say that it includes the older BN liveries which the old pack doesn't have.

Edit: "The EMD SD40-2 for Train Simulator is available in BNSF pre and post-2005 heritage liveries, and Burlington Northern pre and post-merger liveries. Features of the model include cab lighting, step lights and dynamic braking."

No, the only thing this shares from the previous pack is that they have the same paint schemes in them. the new pack is made from the new SD40-2 while the other one used a very old SD40-2, the new pack also comes with new freightcars.

A few more bugs:

Somebody else mentioned that the wipers are funky on the ES44 (the right-side-middle doesn't move from the cab view, though from the outside view, they all move):

Also, a teensy whoops !!det!! looks like BNSF bought this unit from UP! (look closely at the barcode)

The route is looking great so far otherwise! I've just done the basic tutorials and I can't wait to get started on a long run through the pass.
