Forgive me if a sound naive, but why is it so expensive? !*don-know!* Kinda disappointed. I was anticipating $5.00 - $10.00 at the most.

Its 20 dollars per pack as there is a sd70Ace pack and ES44 pack each having 10 liveries. When combined together they are 30 dollars. 20 dollars is pretty typcial for RSC. Atleast with these packs you get multiple liveries for the price of one. !!*ok*!!

I just looked up a pic of the cab, the stand is in the right place, but the computers should be on the stand, not on the desk. I wonder though, when these locos where first built they were for another railroad as the headlights were on the nose, but then GE did some changes to them for purchase by NS. Who knows maybe this is correct. !*don-know!*

If you think the price is abit on the high side you can always wait for a sale and get them at 50% - 75% off

I haven't checked, but I sent them NS 8101s horn in addition to the new K5LLA and K5HL with 1 piece 1L bell.

Anyone wanna try the 8101 and tell me if its is different?

I'm not getting the bell? I can activate it, but there is no sound for the bell? I have only tested the LV ES44 yet, I will have to try others. Anyone else having issues with the bell?

I also seem to be missing the bell sounds on the 44. They do work on the 70. But I like the fact they added ditch lights to thease so that's a improvement from RSC.

Clearly they ignored that suggestion. Now here's my suggestion to the customers: Do not buy these addons full price, wait for a sale. $20-$30 for these reskins is ridiculous. I honestly don't understand why they do this.

I commend them for the flashing ditch lights, which I wanna see a video of before I can actually thumbs up yet, and I commend them for actually moving the headlamps to the top. But seriously, why do they feel like they have to take shortcuts so much then sell it at full price. Insanity !*not-ok*!

Merlin, or anyone who has this addon, can you guys tell me if the ditch lights alternate at a realistic speed and if they dim out or they flicker on off

The dim off effect isn't really achievable with the way lights work in this game sadly. :( BUT! I do have a video for you, dubbed the audio though as an experiment.
I also noted the cabs, but whatever. A note of mine that DID make it is the crosswalk lights switch is actually the right switch now. (Back panel)

Actually 30 bucks for all of them in RW is alot better than 70 dollars for all of them from Jointed Rails and they don't even have custom cabs. I feel my 30 bucks was well spent. Once the bell issue is fixed then this will be my favorite pack! To me, the computer screen issue is minor, I spend most of my time flying around the train. To each his own I guess. **!!2cents!!**

I will get some screenshots together and post them here show some details I find interesting/important.

It's actually an easy fix. The bell is in the main audio folder, when it should be in the Cab folder. Just drag er in there and it should work.

Please let's not spend time and space complaining about the price. You have two very simple choices if you don't like it.
1. Do not buy it.
2. Wait for a sale.
!!**sorry**!!

We already stated this... !*don-know!*

I fixed the bell, the 3 bell files that are at the bottom of the cab folder need to be copied over to the main audio folder for the ES44, ie. where the engine sounds are. The right way to fix it would be to edit the cab audio bin, but I am a bit too lazy for that !*roll-laugh*!

I'm a little confused. Is this a update to these locomotives from the ones that I have or is this just updated paints?
