I'm anticipating a plethora of commuter runs both on the NEC Line and NJCL.

Yes living close to the NJCL I feel having additional vehicles is a great idea. The ALP-46 might be one of the included locos although it's not in the screenshot.

I know of sounds ideal for the ALP-45DP. I believe Anthony Wood created CAT diesel sounds for MDurdan's PR30C....as the ALP-45DP and PR30C use the same prime mover (I think, ALP-45DP has 2x CAT 3516C) a modified version of this diesel sounds can be used.

May be they have made PATH? Or it is situated at other place?

It is, but it is highly unlikely that they will put much focus into. Would be nice, though.

There is very little PATH trackage in the old NEC route, I actually feel a low-poly AI PA5 (Like Chicago Racetrack and TTB packs) would be a great idea to have!

Is this the full line from Penn and Hoboken to Bay Head?

I also noticed the inaccurate P5 horn on the F40PH-2CAT.

I think an ALP-45DP and a ALP-46 included, what would be included would be GP40FH-2, GP40FH-2B , Arrow III Comet ,Multilevel, and NS 3010 because NS 3010 runs on NJT trackage.
Officially retired from train simming as of 2023.

Hmmm, it is the newer of the 2 routes, and it also has NY Penn Station and a few other New York City scenery items, billboards, apartment blocks, bridges, etc, etc, so, they've got some base models already. I wondered what Danny and the others had been working on for the last couple of months, so, now we know. I like coastal routes, I'll have to get my bucket and spade out ready.... !*roll-laugh*!

I notice on Facebook there is a picture of the ALP-45DP

So apart from the NJ Transit services along this line what else would you see?
Are there any freight workings?

I'm also thinking the F40PH-2CAT will come with a Comet IIM coach and a Comet IV cab car, while the ALP-45DP is partnered with Comet IV trailers, Comet V CC, and maybe ALP-46(A) with Multilevel coaches.

I'm also hoping all the cab cars will have switchable power modes to ensure compatibility with all NJT locos.

I'll be the first to note that the dynamic numbering is incorrect. It's supposed to be numbered in the 45XX series.

There are some freight workings, the hi-hood NS GP38-2 DLC is ideal for many freight workings.

I might not be the only one thinking a low-poly ACS-64 and Amfleets sounds like an interesting idea for this route, but would rather have Workshop scenarios that utilize the New York-New Haven and Acela DLC for the Amtrak AI trains.

Yes, they should add a high hood NS GP38-2 but we have one. Yes, you are correct, the number is wrong, it is 3210, the same as locomotives.

I do see that also included the Light rail tracks. The ones that swing under the mainline.

People can make Workshop scenarios using it as it is already a standalone DLC, and doesn't need to be included with the route.

The light rail tracks may presume that trackage is around Hoboken, so I can admit that a low-poly Kinki Sharyo LRV is appropriate for the HBLR as AI.

Hopefully the section between Secaucus Lower Level and Hoboken can be replicated as well.

The route so far looks to be Hoboken-Bay Head. Trains from Hoboken do not go through Secaucus, they meet at some junction that I can't think of the name near the MMC. The only freight this line sees is SA-31, a Thursday only run to Lakewood from Sayreville-Lakewood. It would run on this line from the Church Running Track in South Amboy to Red Bank, where it cuts off onto the Southern Secondary. A hi-hood would not be prototypical for this route as they do not possess the necessary cab signalling. The freight usually utilizes GP38-2s and GP40-2s owned by CSX/NS within the CSAO pool. Although I would rather see a Transit Geep and Comet IIIs than an F40, kudos to DTG for a step in the right direction....I can't wait to see the finished product.
