Looks like we're getting a slightly cheaper than normal price point as well (probably due to lack of branding) - 12.99

Same thing they did with the Metrolink and Coaster equipment, so not too surprising.

On another note, physics mod in progress; having fun turning these units into the screamers that they are !*YAAA*! :

And of course, I'll be looking out for that that physics and sound fix.

Being that they are okay with selling non branded equipment, which is totally fine, because talented members of this site that can bless us with the liveries. I'm wondering when they're going to break down and grace us with some relevant equipment for the northeast corridor. Unless someone is willing to somehow work some repaints on the M8, at least for SEPTA.

Even with choice of color they used for this along with lack of branding, it still looks pretty awesome. It looks slightly better than the unbranded coaster, and definitely better that the metrolink.

0:37 ta-ta-tam -ta-ta-tam when going over the grade crossing, is that three axle truck sound DTG re-used?

Thanks in advance for the mod. Does it fix the stuck EQ gauges that seem to recur in every scripted locomotive/cab car train of late? I am inclined to think it is a core engine bug, since the parameters in the bins look OK.

The initial version does not fix the buggy air gauges. The issue is not so much a core engine bug as it is a scripting error on DTG's part. JohnS (author of the brake gauge fixes) can elaborate further.

Yes, those are same generic American track joint sounds used on freight equipment. Why don't why use the track joint sound and axle rolling sound as in the Bombardiers in this DLC?

A bit of a strange choice for a DLC locomotive, especially considering there are only five in existence and all owned by Tri-Rail. Two have plows, so that leaves three. Don't even get me started on the unit having the wrong trucks. *!rolleyes!*
Cheers!

How can it have the wrong trucks when it has no identity? !*roll-laugh*! !*roll-laugh*!

The F40PHL-2 has Blomberg B's instead of the correct Blomberg M.

They made the Coaster F59PHI, although 2 only exist; they have about 5 F40PH-2C's. A DTG BL36PH and Hyundai-Rotems are definitely welcome to the Train Simulator DLC collection - Tri-Rail owns these in the biggest numbers.

Blomberg M is the dash 2 variation, right?

Single clasp brake shoes (meaning a lower independent brake maximum pressure value in the engine simulation), rubber secondary springs and a shock absorber on one end of each axle are the only differences I did notice.

Some of you are really starting to annoy me. I am certainly getting tired of the PM's about the endless complaining. I know how to fix this problem. Is that what you want?
