You do realize Chicago Union Station doesn't run on NEC Route as well Toronto Union Station those run on Lake Shore Limited route.

However Boston South Station would be nice!!! !*hp*!

They run on this route from New Haven to Penn Station, not Grand central. CSX freight can show up just about any time I think. Yes, Metro North goes from Grand Central to New Haven.

Now I don't get this one - the HHP-8 comes with its own Amfleet coaches. But you'll be using it on either the original route or this route, both of which have their own bundled Amfleets - so the HHP-8 doesn't need bundled coaches as well. All that does is eat unneccessary HD space as far as I can see

Yes, but this way if someone buys only the HHP-8 and not buy the route, then can use the HHP-8 consists on any other route - eg in Quick Drive (imagination is free).
Otherwise it, it would not be possible.

I'm probably going to be getting this tonight. How are the horns on the locomotives in the pack?

Compared to other RSC packs of the past, good. But by realism standards, sometimes I wish it was better. The volume is odd, and the horn is way too loud from the interior. The ACS64 horn at least sounds like a K5LA, but the HHP8 horn is either an incredibly fouled K5LA or something else. Overall, they're okay. Definitely good on RSC's scale.

HHP-8 has a Hybrid K5LA as is prototypical.

Haha,I find it funny that people complained when they didn't use the real hybrid K5LA for the Acela, but when they do use it for the HHP-8, people still complain XD. I think I mentioned it before, but I found the K5LA on the ACS-64 to be not-loud-enough.

On another note, I should have a physics mod out for the ACS-64 soon.

I haven't bought the route yet but I'm gong to say no seeing as they haven't advertised it at all. Defiantly would like to see that come out though

I was running the HHP tutorial (and the subsequent scenarios) and noticed that the lead engine and first car are not actually coupled. There seemed to be a good gap between the 2, and under load the gap got pretty large. Not sure if its an anomaly with me, or if its a real issue.

No, it's a general issue. If you go back to the original NEC route, you'll notice that the AEM-7s also have this issue (unrealistic slack)
