The sale ends tomorrow, so anytime after that would probably be a good guess.

I think so too.
It's obvious from the videos they've been posting that most or all of the route is done. They're probably just testing the scenarios, and giving Elphaba time to create some Workshop stuff.
Plus they don't like introducing a route during a sale.
New build. i7-7700k, MSI Z270 Gaming M5 Mobo, Hyper 212 Evo, Corsair DDR4 3200 Mhz RAM, Klipsch Pro Mediea 2.1 Speakers, Samsung 850 Evo SSD, HAF XM Case, Asus Strix GTX 1070 and Cooler Master Storm XT Keyboard.
Slick with Pretty Rainbow Colors.

I watched the Twitch preview on Youtube and am left with a mixed impression.

The route and trains do sure look nice. U30B with AAR control stand done by Reppo I think.

Some observations:
advanced braking on the U30B, but re-used sound and horn
no mention of advanced braking on the F7?
4 WP freight cars and a caboose with a full interior and a red taillight
no brake hoses on the couplers?
impressive waterworks, but all the water was still?
Rear cab door on the U30B doesn't open, Matt said?

But the Twitch didn't show any actual scenario action. Just a slow free roaming train.
This is a low speed single track route with passing sidings. Are scenarios with timetabled meets in passing sidings now possible?
Without sensible main line scenarios this is a sightseeing route only I am afraid.

It's quite possible to do meets at junctions with train priority, and timed stopping points. It would be awesome to have triggered instructions though... one can dream.

it always was possible, I did plenty of scenarios with meets for Stevens pass. why this route should be an exclusion?

Good to hear that. Also when your player train is late for its meet? There won't be any stand-offs?

How about Quick Drive then? These essentially are scenario templates, can its AI trains also be given timetable instructions? AFAIK, not, alas.

DISCLAIMER: This is not a complaint!

From a business stand point it seems strange that they wouldn't release it before the long weekend. I would think they would rack up more sales that way, but nonetheless this looks like it will be an excellent route.

It would be possible to release it during a sale, several Marketplace items have been release in the midst of this sale.

Edit: Some items 60% off: http://train-simulator.com/feather-rive ... unch-sale/

I really need to pick this route up when it comes out on presidents day.Along with the route I'll be attempting to make some F7's and U30B repaints.Let's just hope they didn't put the textures all over the place. !*roll-laugh*!

If for the U30B, some repaints for the VRC version would be great!
