That's a possibility, but a pretty bold assumption none-the-less since you know little to nothing about me.

Nearly - just the brake rigging and safety chains still to do. After that, it's on with the cab interior (throttle, gauges, seats, whistle levers and cranks, door handles, gauge lamp, etc.).

So you'd only buy it if it's even cheaper than normal?

Is nobody willing to pay for quality?

Why would you say a silly thing like that? Speak for yourself. Just because some of us say things before we speak or because some of us are truly cheap does not deserve to be placed anywhere near on a majority of us.

The fact is that at the current full price, my locos are already far too cheap when you consider the time, effort and skill it takes to make them. For every one I sell, what I earn will just about cover the cost of a cup of coffee at one of the cheaper cafes. That's in return for two years very hard work. But it gets worse, because a large number of buyers wait for the frequent sales, so it's not even a soda pop, never mind a cup of coffee. To then say that you'll wait for the sales, before you've even seen the finished product, really does make me wonder if I should have been making hats for Team Fortress 2 instead.

Very true. Most people do not consider the effort that goes into content creation and think everything these days is for free. True quality has it's price and if you want great content to be released, then you have to give the author something back in return for all the countless hours, weeks, months, years of work.

Mr. Rennie, I can assure you having just seen the work in progress that for my part I will be buying full price on day 1. My usual mode of operation for TS DLCs is to wait for sales, but in the case of your content, it is superb and well worth the full price in my eyes. You are one of only 2 developers I will regularly buy items at full price from, the other being Victory Works. Please, keep up the good work. Your locos have brought me many hours of enjoyment on the virtual high irons.
