Sounder is run by BNSF, So its likely.

BNSF operates Sounder trains, but BNSF does not own Sounder.

I don't think they can do that because they would still need a license from Bombardier if they wanted to release the cars as payware without any logos.

Here's a thought DTG - why not just release the cars in primer as FREEWARE?

Idk, because there could be a possibility to release Bombardiers and some F40PH-3, in a different railroad if they make one. Who else uses Bombardier cars other than Sounder, Metrolink, and Coaster?

GO Rail part in Ontario, I proposed Toronto-London on engine driver. It got a large mostly positive response so hopefully that will be done.

I recently spoke to a friend who was a beta tester for DTG; he tells me that this project is officially dead. DTG also had a Metrolink set in the works, which also included an F59PHI and Bombardier cars, but DTG ran into licensing trouble with Metrolink as well. Both projects have been cancelled by DTG to avoid a lawsuit.
