Done plenty of yelling in between doing the audio for these puppies. I really do hope you guys like the work I've done when you get it.
Here's a sample of throttling down in the cab, as well as independent brakes, air compressor.

There's no money in it for them, and not everyone wants every railroad scheme.
Think of this like model railroading. You're buying the specific road name and schemes you like, on a per locomotive basis. BUT, much much much cheaper. If I wanted something with completely accurate sounds, and details in HO scale, I'd be dropping 250+ dollars. Luckily VR has brought it to us for much less.

How much of my money will they get if it is only an add on for Marias Pass? None. I would pay 30 dollars for a GP38-2 in different configurations.I will not pay 20 for one that is not re-skinable for roads I model (B&O,C&O,DT&I etc, etc). Is RSC going to say that they lost money on the GP-9 pack, because there were too many variations and road names. Once a basic mesh has been created and mapped, detail changes are relatively easy. I want the new loco to be successful,do not read negativity into this. Oh and as previously mentioned, the short hood handrails are not mirrors of each other,as this model shows. The GP-9 end handrails were too tall, there is plenty of info out there to do this right.

Ah, but this is how they make money. If enough people want other road names, they'll make them. So you have no interest in the BN/BNSF? No skin off their bones.

I thought our intrepid painters cracked the code on recent locos to do re-paints? It seemed that way to me.

Probably Ricardo? He's done all the US stuff for RSC in the past.

He'd better if they want me to buy. I put up with the Cornell repaints because I haven't figured out how to fix it but I darn sure am not going to spend my money on a payware incorrect model.

Not to hijack the thread, but these inconsistency problems we see in these payware models, is exactly the thing we are combating and eliminating at Searchlight! **!!2cents!!**
