Kindof tiring at this point but what can ya do.
Ignore them perhaps?
I see nothing wrong in polite criticism about a product not meeting accepted standards. It provides needed feedback to those developers. This helps to provide for further product improvements and raising the quality for everyone. In providing a product one needs to develop a thicker skin and take criticism and not take it personal. Staying stagnant in this hobby should not be an option. It is hard to backtrack from first impressions. It would be wise to notify everyone possible via posts on Facebook TSC and other TSC groups that this was a mistake and has been rectified. A lot more people now have a negative view than those who purchased the product. Sending emails to those who purchased may not be enough to save a damaged reputation. As far as freeware goes I am not that critical, I can take it or leave it, use it not, I accept it for what it is. If I pay for something with my meager funds I expect a certain standard. This has been an unfortunate error that should have been caught. I do hope for their sake that this does not damage their brand. I own several of their products and am quite satisfied.

Maybe you've offered 'polite criticism' but let's be real here. That isnt what happens.
Often times people use the term 'criticism' as a safeguard to be a ungrateful person. I follow most creators for this game to keep up in what i can look forward to and I see more of this negativity than i do positivity and we continue to pass the negativity off as criticism. It's not. DTM is a perfect example. Alot of people are quick to bash the work, but i can assure you not one of those people reached out to him to correct it. Why?

I probably won't buy these, still have some interest in them but I've been told by someone who has them that some of the proportions are off. Engine sounds aren't much of any good and aren't from a GP40 (rather a GP35 which has a slightly different sound), and the horn sounds are y'know, doesn't matter much for me since I usually just swap out most of my engine and horn sounds.
