It's certainly better than having no opening windows at all. I was so disappointed to see that the NJT GP40PH-2B lacked any those features, it also being a recent release.

hey i don't have dash 8-32 bwh dlc yet but does the dash 8-32bwh have animated fan on equipment box like the dash 9 did?

I understand there is now some two hour deal where you can "un-buy" stuff so let your feet do the talking if you are unhappy with the product.

I want to 'unbuy' few add-ons which I never use, return money, and delete it from my disk, it is possible? I think not possible, once transaction is finished

There is actually a limited return process on most items, i think it's before a few hours of play or a week or so of ownership, whatever comes first can't remember the exact numbers). I've returned one non train simulator item doing this.
